  • Three starts for this place sounds about right! Came in today because it was recommended by family and got a manicure and pedicure both gel. The whole time I was getting rubbed on my legs I was slowly developing red marks because of how hard I was being rubbed I politely ask if she could be a little softer and she replied " you fine just relax" I was so upset and hurt I just couldn't help but want to cry. Also when I was getting my nails done she filed my nails way to short until one of them started bleeding.(pictute below) some nails were longer than others and she told me she was going to file them all down short and I told her it was okay if they are a little uneven because they will hurt if they are filed and she refused and did what she wanted. And when I didn't give her hand immediately she slapped my wrist until I did.. this is american we say excuse me not hit people! And the whole time I was in the massage chair it suddenly turned off with the massage balls digging into my back, when I asked if I could fix it she said " no I need to finish your nails." I will never be back to this nail salon, its shit.
