| - The worst customer service I've probably had them from a physicians office, medical provider. I have dual insurance, one insurance is better than the other, so one of my co-pays would've been a total of $20, the other one 60, I told them to use the insurance that would save me money, but the lady behind the desk argued with me and told me she had to use the one that was more expensive. I called my insurance and asked if one had to be used over the other, they told me no, so I went across the Street to their competitor Pearle vision, and they used the insurance that I wanted. So I got my contact, and glasses exam for only $20. I also realized when ordering my new set of contacts, that pearl vision had the contacts for $20 cheaper than clear vision. I couldn't believe it. Why wouldn't the company want to save me money? Go to Pearle vision they treat their customers right, and they also have a fantastic doctor, who treats his patients very well.
