  • I bought a red heat bulb from them last week. The bulbs red coating is no longer there just after a week of use. When I called to find out if I could return it the girl said no because it's been used and she doesn't know why but when they use them it happens too. If someone buys a red bulb they want and expect red, not a clear bulb...I woulda just bought a clear heat bulb. Terrible customer service.
