  • I called Monday to have a car brought to the Northlake location for a test drive. They said the car was available and we will have it ready for you at 2:00 PM on Wednesday. Well, I get a call at 12:00 PM on Wednesday that they sold the car today, instead of keeping the appointment with me. I can't believe that a company would conduct business this way.
