The newest review and my final review of this location is as followed compared to my other ones. Recently I came to this location to purchase a new dishwasher. I refuse to buy any further appliances from this store, because they use a unprofessional contractor or vendor and also a unprofessional insurance company.
When the vender known as Temco came to deliver a new dishwasher, they managed to not inform me of breaking a water line underneath my sink that was connected to my faucet. Well when I went to work I returned home to find a flood that led to my living room. I notified Home Depot and Temco in which Temco sent two technicians to my home and took video and pictures of the water damage and where the leak was initially.
Temco sent out a handyman and the handyman seemed decent and I thought the problem was repaired, but once more nope the actual line itself was punctured by Temco, because I had to hire a Licensed Plumber to my home and he inspected everything under my sink and noticed the damages and explained how and why those damages were there. Temco sent a check for the plumber and then later told me they would repair the damages, but later on again said no.
Ever since the issues happened I e-mailed the store manager Aerora and also left a one message for her to return my call or an e-mail. Never received any call backs or e-mails back, but yet I spent allot of money on repairs and upgrades to my home from this store and all I ever get is sorry. If you want to deal with the hassle of outside vendors or contractors coming to your home and possible causing a problem then come here and buy their appliances.
I personally refuse after what I went through to buy any appliances or use them for any kind of installs.
