  • I started coming here after purchasing a groupon for my armpits and was so pleased with the results I signed up for a full body package. The results have been great, and the prices are really competitive, but beware you will be dealing with front desk people who are young and inexperienced. They are nice but often don't have answers to why your credit card was charged without your authorization, or other questions that a more reputable company may be able to easily remedy. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, beware of the $20 same day fee, and that if you don't book your next treatment literally as you're walking out they are generally booked out 6-8 weeks. They are not focused on working around your schedule, clearly more focused on just getting as many people in as possible. Pro: it keeps the price down. Con: you feel like you're not a priority. The customer service hotline is hit or miss. Sometimes no one will even answer the phone. I had to call about a charge that they placed on my credit card even though I paid for my extension in full and they informed me that I was supposed to send an email telling them that I wanted my membership cancelled even though no one at the clinic stated that and I did not give them authorization to charge my card. When I explained that to the customer service desk the girl was helpful but still ultimately told me this was somehow my fault. You have to watch your credit card closely, and when you are done coming here, demand that they take your card off file. Bottom line, I signed up for the 18 month package, didn't feel like it was enough so I extended another six months. I'm very pleased with the results, this clinic is super close to my house so it was convenient, but if I could go back and do it all again I would probably look elsewhere.
