  • Being a first time customer WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.... I hate to write bad reviews it's not pleasant but when I'm paying for something I expect to get good customer service AT LEAST! Their self spraying tanning beds are not up to date, this was my first spray tan where it wasn't a person doing it for you, but rather a machine where you go into a box and it sprays you. Just to begin when I came in for the special for this spray tan I didn't feel very welcomed, then when it was finally time for the tan I don't know if it was the man or the woman or both up at the front counter that checked me in, but neither gave me any instruction on what to do when I get in there. No one walked me to the room like a normal tanning salon to show me what I need to press or where I need to stand because this wasn't your average round stand up tanning bed where it's clear to stand in the middle but rather a huge rectangle BOX..... they just gave me some weird direction on how to get to that room in the building, no room # to look for so I had no idea what I was looking for...I just felt this lack of effort to want to bring your customer back but rather just another sale. Left a stuck up, lazy, rude impression on me truthfully. And for the absolute WORST part of all....... I finally figure out what button to push when I get in the machine as I'm standing there because I didn't know how close or far to stand the line on the ground had been faded I got hit with a massive amount of spray tan in my face, mouth, eyes...etc and the tan ended up in all the wrong places because it didn't spray for long enough, there was 0 ventilation so the entire time I was inhaling this spray because I can't hold my breath for that long and the spray was just dripping into the creases of my eyes burning them. It was awful!!!!!! The spray tan was pouring off of me, I might have went blind if it wasn't the amount of baby wipes I used on my eyes and towels. Just saying I won't be back! This may have been a few months back but I'm really hoping something has changed and it was just a bad day for them in total.
