  • This is a wonderful small business in a sea of chains. I've been here at least 10 times. Every drink I've ever had has been wonderful. It's the best mocha in town. The whole bean coffee, which they'll grind for you, is amazing at home and worth the steep price. The comments about poor customer service surprise me. I have never had anything other than wonderful service. In fact, just this week I came from an upsetting experience and I guess it showed on my face. The barista was so friendly and kind, not annoying or fake about it, and it really helped me when I needed a friendly face. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I love the area for kids. It sets a friendly tone for them. I hate this shopping plaza but still manage to get here about once a month for coffee to brew at home and one for the road as well. That is the only thing that could make this place better- a better location.
