| - The wait staff is generally pretty good, and so is the food. The price is a little high, but it is reasonable. My issue is with the To Go situation. As we recently had a child and are not currently apt to dine-in, we have been utilizing takeout from the various restaurants within our area. We attempted 18 tonight. As soon as I walked in, I greeted the hostess and payed for my food. It was not ready at the time so I sat down and waited. I watched as a woman repeatedly brought food out from the kitchen and gave it to the hostess. I felt assured that had it been my food, the young girl would have notified me. I peered over every now and again and watched as the she held her iPhone in plain sight--the distinct pink case making it stick out even more--typing, texting, whatever. This would have been of no concern had I not been sitting there for twenty minutes when I had finally had enough and went up there and looked at three bags sitting behind her, and said, "One of those wouldn't happen to be mine?" "Oh, yea, here you go." My mistake for tipping before I got my food I suppose.
My advice for 18: stop hiring hostesses based on how cute they are--and maybe don't let them play on their phones when they are supposed to be helping customers.
