  • Bad service. Purchasing two groupons my boyfriend and I decided to check this place out as it seemed like a good deal. I have been to many massage places where the charge is 20/hr and have had great experiences this place was exceptionally bad. First arriving we where greeted and taken to our chair beds, the water was nice on my feet but I had no idea what the wristband detox machine did and when I asked none of them had any idea or it seemed even understood what I was asking. I was then even a book listing what the machine did etc., good thing to have since none of them know. Laying there the environment was extremely loud, several times I literally had to ask them to be quiet, every time the front door opens streaming light breaks in completely ruining the dark calming setting. The workers where walking around talking to each other and on the phone. I could hear one arguing with a customer about the tip as they left and I soon learned why. The massage was mediocre at best. I couldn't even enjoy it as it was SO loud it was impossible to relax. The workers doing my boyfriend and my massage where talking to each other and I shushed them once it was so rude! There was no smell of lavender, no tea, and unlike stated in the groupon yes it did feel like the sun was a search light every time the door opened. On the way out I seriously didn't even want to tip on this horrible service but the worker was sure to ask before we even made it to the lobby tip tip tip? I would never come here again or recommend it to anyone!
