Finally getting around to posting a review for a purchase made almost a year ago...but better late than never...? Anyway, my husband and I were in the process of building our first home and I wanted to surprise him by buying a few arcade gaming cabinets for his "man cave". The associate who I worked with was very nice and helpful up until the point of delivery. While the gaming cabinets were delivered when agreed to, there was no note on the delivery slip that they were to go upstairs (so the guys delivering it would not move them upstairs, which was entertaining to have these huge gaming cabinets in my downstairs dining room...note the sarcasm) AND on top of that, the back was not even put on one of the cabinets. I called the store AND the associate and the best they did was email me (not pick up the phone and call me to discuss how to make this right) and said that I was in the wrong. Long story longer, nothing got resolved, I had to pay other movers to move the arcade cabinets upstairs at a later date, and the back is still not on the one cabinet. An initial good experience turned into a never-will-return-and-will-not-be-a-repeat-customer situation.
