rev:text	I have been going to Diva Beauty for about year or more now and when I first started going the original " Threader" was great. Even until about 6 months ago when I first received my first other " Threader" because my original lady was off that day. It seemed that they all were trained the same and made sure to clean up the sides and took great care in their work. The following visit with the same person ( prior to a very important event) didn't go so well.... I left there without noticing my eyebrows had been cut to shreds!!! Now I can except one or two little nicks here or there, it happens. I have been getting threaded long enough to know. This was like she was not paying attention at all, because not only was I cut in multiple spots on both sides yet, they were uneven. So, the following visit ( which I have to admit I contemplated even returning) I had my original lady. She informed me she was taking a long trip to India and would be gone for awhile, oh no.... also my eyebrows looked great, but she didn't clean up around them. I delayed my following visit and came in today. I had someone I hadn't had previously and I have to say she restored my faith in Diva Beauty!!! Without this experience today I don't know if I would have been back, which is why I gave the four star. I can't stress enough how important it is to me that your employees take their time with the guest and give them the treatment they deserve and expect. It only leads to more money for them and you in the end. Thank you!
