The worst salon in the history of salons. I wanted a loose perm (had very long, healthy and shiny non-processed hair). I walked out with an uneven, unruly and poofy perm. My hair is still so damaged and broken that it is still falling out and it has been 7 months since I had the perm. I called after I had that perm to tell the salon that it didn't look right after my hair dried and they told me to send them pictures (I was out of town). I sent them several pictures and followed up them they proceeded to tell me that all they could do is show me how to style the "unruly curls". The whole point of a perm was not to have to spend time styling it. As for the curls, I never wanted 80's hair. I had requested a loose wavy perm. The salon manager was the one who did my hair and she was awful. All she did was talk the entire time. I should have known. I don't know why she is the manager of a salon or why Philip pelusi is in business.
