  • There is a language barrier. Called to make an appointment on the phone for a group at 7:30pm. They confirmed the availability but upon arrival could only accommodate part of the group and never told us there would be an hour wait to accommodate the second part of the group. We specifically came here opposed closer massage spas with better review to accommodate our group. At the end, their response was "sorry, we don't speak English" and just had us wait. If you can't accommodate a group, don't tell someone you can. It's a subpar setup and apparently the people that did get a massage in our group said the massage was just average. Not coming here again.
