  • The problem with our dryer was an obvious one, but they refused to give us pricing on ANY parts or any non-binding estimate until the "technician" got there. He didn't seem like a technician...he was a blow-hard salesman. He tried to sound like he was trying to 'bend the rules' for me and give me a 'sweet deal' but he was just a loser missing his gold chains. I know why they won't give you any estimate over the phone...because their prices are SKY HIGH! I sent him away without having the repair done. He was so creepy! I felt totally ripped off and I'm mad at myself for not calling them on it afterward (you have to pay $50 for this blowhard to come over and try to upsell you). "To Fix It" has them listed. I had liked Parker and Sons so I gave this company a shot. Never again. He can pimp his overpriced repairs somewhere else. He even told me they work on commission. WHO WANTS THE REPAIR GUY TO WORK ON COMMISSION???? UPDATE: Parker and Sons OWNS ToFixIt! so I won't be using them or anyone from ToFixIt! any more...scammy.
