Lackluster. The food quality was mediocre and the server provided our table an ice-water shower with nary an apology. I had the classic enchiladas, but found them to be simply two, flat unrolled tortillas with chicken in the middle, covered in unremarkable sauce. Standard Mexican rice and re-fried beans accompanied. Nobody at our table of five thought their meal was more than "ok". The pricing was reasonable, but we did limit additional purchases of drinks and dessert due to the apathetic server. When I talked to a manager about the poor service and the word-of-mouth reputation Chuy's was developing nearby, he apologized and provided a full voucher for our next meal. As a result, we will give Chuy's a second chance but we were far from impressed in our first visit.
