  • Ross (sales) and Craig (finance) were probably the best duo I've ever had the pleasure to deal with in purchasing a vehicle. The fact is that I had walked out on a different salesperson the evening before because he was simply not willing (or possibly not empowered by his manager) to deal and I didn't think I was getting the best value. Ross stepped in the next day and made it happen. I actually felt like Ross was my advocate at VW North Scottsdale - he assured me that they would do everything they could to make the deal happen. As a result - I got a great value and they still made a reasonable profit. Everybody won. And my wife loves her 2012 Mercedes ML350!
