  • I visited? the store several times and talked to Amy at length, she later introduced me to Susan who is equally? nice. I took my wedding ring there to add more gold to make the ring bands thicker and to add more diamonds. Everything came out just beautiful?, AMAZING!! PROBLEM, the price changed and I agreed to pay an extra $480.00 on top of what we had agreed on. When I picked up the rings, they told me the price had increased by $2,900.00 I almost? went deaf. Then Susan told me the ?price they had given me was an approximation? and not a firm price. An assertion that I dismissed and held steadfast to my receipts and related agreement. Thank goodness that I had my receipts, previously on my second visit, I had insisted that Amy write down my grand total amount, the deposit I had paid and the Balance DUE. A very important? step in any transaction, do your due diligence? and get everything in writing?. ?Shocking, stressful and terrifying. Apart from that wheeew :),? it was a good experience, the craftsmanship, precision?, ? and finishing on my ring is excellent.
