| - Safe to say one of my more favorite airports in the United States...I mean, I do go to Vegas about twice a year so it's growing on me :-)
It's pretty clean and decorated well. You walk off the plane and immediately know you're in Vegas. It welcomes you with Billboards, music, lights, advertisements, etc. If you're like me, you choose rideshare (Lyft and Uber) over taxis...especially in Vegas. I remember the time before Uber and Lyft were available and the taxis took extreme advantage of you. The first time, it was a little tricky finding the waiting area. I wish I had taken pictures to help me remember the exact level. All I remember is it's upstairs, across the walkway, but luckily they have since put up signs to direct you to rideshare.
On departure, I love they have a MAC counter...just wish they would have them near arrival. Speaking of departure, if you travel during the holidays, I urge you to get there early even if you are TSA precheck. When I came over Thanksgiving, I was in the TSA line for over 3 hours and was late for my flight. They were literally paging me over the intercom for last call. They barely held the gate door open for me. TSA has gotten a little better with speed...but it's still TSA.
The restaurants are a bit lacking, but my time can be spent at the slots set up all around :-) Can't wait to come back!
Sidenote: sporadic free WiFi
