  • I am so impressed with the customer service at Autozone. I brought my car there today after getting it jump started by a neighbor due to a dead battery. Rather than selling me a new battery which they could have easily done, they informed me that it should still be under warranty and that I should contact my auto dealer. As it turns out, they were right and it saved me a lot of money! I can't thank them enough for their honesty in this not-so-honest world!
