  • Love the phone, HATE the store. What a nightmare! Waited for an hour for a "genius" -- though I had an appointment -- while the lower level drones (Apple Store floor staff) walked around listlessly. Never saw so many angry customers in my life, waiting for service. What s horrible experience! Skip the store. If you can do it online, do it and avoid going to this hellish place. Loud, dirty tables, greasy demo devices, and fluorescent lighting that sucks your soul from your eyeballs. Never again.
