  • I moved here 4 months ago, what a big mistake, it's noisy, expensive and my neighbor living above me stalks my every move. and stomps around on the floor almost every night at 2 AM in the morning. I don't feel welcome or safe here nor can I enjoy my home. They add an expensive water bill and other fees to your rent and it is way overpriced for what you get, The property needs work, The concrete stairs around the property shake and rumble and you can here creaking and popping sounds when the neighbor above me stomps around. I can not recommend this to anyone.
