  • Making the appointment was easy and very flexible and done online. That's the only good part. The photographer didn't really take good photos. I asked for non traditional shots and she did the usual traditional poses. I went with 2 kids so they get antsy quick. I explained let's get the mandatory shots in first then we can explore with other poses if the kids are still ok. She did not listen. When I got the digital prints that you pay for, arms were cut off on one side and the other side had plenty of room with space. Also one image had the stuff behind the backdrop. So you can see the entire backdrop and all the storage behind it. And this was supposed to be the good images. I brought it up when I picked up some prints. I was told oh sorry i guess she was busy. Lastly it's always only one person there. So that one person answers the phone, takes pics, process prints and assist with customers who are picking up. Terrible ... never again
