| - Earnhardt Mazda lied to me and tried to rip me off and I was trying to renew my Mazda 3 lease! I can only imagine how they will treat someone who isn't a loyal Mazda customer; go to Cardinaleway Mazda on West Sahara instead. My lease was up and when I brought my car in, I was allowed $1,000 in damages according to the lease. Earnhardt Mazda told me I was well within the $1,000 damage limit but that they couldn't "officially" make that determination because "according to contract" the car would be inspected in 3 weeks and I would be sent a bill if there was more than $1,000 damages, but they assured me that there was less than $1,000 in damages. So I then asked them to give me a quote from their service department for under $1,000 so I had documentation that there was less than $1,000 in damage in case bill that was going to come 3 weeks later was more. They said no problem and I went and signed all the paperwork to purchase the car. When I came back to get quote, it was $2,200! I told them no deal and left and went to Cardinaleway Mazda. Cardinaleway Mazda said they were happy to have my business. There was no issue with the car or any damage and they took my car that day, gave me the same price as Earnhardt Mazda on my new lease and also gave me the color I wanted as a bonus! I love my Mazda 3. Go to Cardinaleway for your Mazda and avoid Earnhardt Mazda at all cost or you will pay for it.
