  • I wanted to upgrade the gearing on my mountain bike in a special way, but heard from different people that it couldn't be done. I took it to Flat Tire and discussed it with Brian and he agreed to install the set up that I wanted. I picked the bike up the next day, one day ahead of the promised time. Brian told me the job was simple and there were no problems, and charged a very reasonable price. All in all it was a very positive experience. I rode my "new" bike today for the first time and the new gearing worked great. I'm very happy to have found a good bike shop near where I live, it increases immeasurably the pleasure of the sport!
