  • This review may be too soon since we have only been with Cox for about 6 months, but they have been above and beyond better then Century link. We got one of the fastest speeds that they offer in our area. Its a bit pricey, but we need high speeds for what our family does. We have noticed some issues with the internet lately and so my husband called and scheduled an appointment for them to come look at our lines and possibly move the jack to a different wall. I was hesitant because every other company that we have had in the past charges us for visits and if they were going to change a line I figured this is going to cost us some money. So the guy (Russ) showed up Saturday am and started to run a test to see what speed we are getting. It was lower then we should, which we figured and so he checked outside and noticed that the line from the road was not under our driveway. It was being ran over constantly and it was interfering with our quality of speed. I was thinking "oh no, this is definitely going to cost if they have to reroute the line under the driveway!" Russ btw was so nice the entire time. Chatting with my husband a lot and really seemed to care to try and make us happy. He spent a while outside and came to tell us that he was sending someone to help him redo our line out front and it wasn't going to cost us a penny! I was shocked and the other guy showed up so quick. They ripped the old line out that was wedged into the cracks of our driveway and put a new one in down in the driveway more. Then caulked it very nicely so it was last longer. I really don't feel that they needed to do all that for us, but he did and it was very nice and showed us that they care. I don't care what anyone else says about this company. We had great service and that should be noticed. After SO much hassle with Century Link this is a breath of fresh air and we plan on staying with them for years to come.
