  • I gave one star because there's not a choice to give ZERO. There's no process in place to protect your children's skate boards, scooters, or any valuables for that matter. There is apparently is a big theft problem at this facility. My daughters 300.00 scooters was stolen, and the staff informed me that theft occurs every weekend there so there's essentially nothing that can be done, but the manager is supposed to get in touch with me. I still haven't heard from anyone. There are NO cameras to deter theft either. People come and go as they please. I myself walked all over the gym and not one person said a word to me as to why I was looking in closets and storage rooms. There are A few teens 'watching' kids skate and bounce, And that's it. When my daughter informed staff (Megan) that someone stole her scooter they told her to look for it, not stand by the door and see if she sees her property walking out of the door. They released the session without checking kids at the door.... nothing! The lady at the desk, Megan, is ineffective at handling situations like this. I'll be extremely shocked if this is made right. Until then beware! It's it worth loosing valuables or jeopardizing your kids safety. And we will not be returning unless this is resolved.
