  • ZERO stars! A few weeks ago we were all set to buy a bookshelf, desk, and office chair. Their delivery windows are not customer friendly at all. They are six hour blocks of time that do not accommodate working people. So we walked away. I had today off and relented on the bookshelf. My husband bought it last weekend and they gave us a window of noon to six for delivery. We are naturally the last stop . Anyway, they have a tracking system online. My husband and I rushed back home from coffee as the tracker said we were next. Well it's 5:45 and now the tracker says the previous delivery is pending and we are stuck here. It is not worth it to do business with a place that is not customer service oriented. I sorely wish I could tell them to shove their shelf where the Arizona sun doesn't shine! Still stuck here at 5:50. Infuriating and we paid $50 for this!
