  • So....a person needs something from this store. They get into their car and drive a while as well as try and find parking in the deck which is always a challenge. In side I inquired to memory card capability on a product they sell....the Nook Tablet......the sales person told me the max I could get so I bought it........then I drove down to the Barnes and Noble store after that and was then told I was sold less than than the maximum memory...............uggggg. So I drove all the way back to Best Buy, returned this product for a refund and then left the store and drove home only to buy it...cheaper mind you....on Amazon. It is very frustrating when a stores experts are anything but. I think going forward I'll window shop here, but go home and shop online with another vendor.......that is the least I could do for the run around they gave me.
