Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any bank, anywhere. As others as mentioned, the queues inside are terrible. But even worse is telephone support. Basically, it is absolutely zero because no one ever answers the phone. My 90 year old mother has her accounts here and I try to assist managing her banking from 500 miles away, and it is impossible to work with this bank. I recently spent two days, over 200 calls, trying to get through to a human and have yet to succeed. At one point I spent two hours straight hitting the redial and their answering menu system and cannot get to a human. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Next time I am in Mesa we will absolutely be transferring all her assets out of this useless place.
