This is a continuation from my experience with store #9 Silverado Ranch. Woke up to a flat tire. A tire that just 9 hours ago was replaced by Tire Works. Thank goodness for AAA, they come put the "donut" back on and tells my wife "The tire valve is leaking and the tire wasn't sealed correctly on the rim" back at Tire Works store #2 on Pecos and Sunset. T first they are very nice and helpful and admits "the valve was leaking, the sensor was put on backwards, and was not sealed properly". Buck finds a slit/crack on the tiew and tells the manager Ryan about it but he tells Buck if it's not leaking it'll be fine. Mind you it's a "brand new tire" there shouldn't be any "slits" or "cracks" Wife leaves drive 2.2 miles back to our house, as she gets out she hears a hissing sound and the tire looks flat. The air preassure reads 29, it's suppose to be 35. So she drives it slowly and praying she makes it back to Pecos where she is basically told it's a knife cut and we should be careful where we park our car. WHAT???? Then he tried to say maybe it was her fault the tire is slit. WHAT??? Ryan was very argumentative with my wife and with me on the phone. Tire Works is completely unprofessional, and unsafe. We will NEVER shop there again. I highly recommend for the publics safety do not go to Tire Works. They don't care, and that's obvious by the horrible management, and other reviews.
