  • First of all! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND THINGS! Scheduled a pickup of my things at a certain time and they were a day late, luckily I scheduled early because I had to be out of my apartment the same day they arrived! They gave me $150 off my trip for being late, whoopdie doo! When I called to have my things delivered for a certain day they were A MONTH LATE and could not give me a certain time of delivery til a day or two before they arrived. Not to mention Kayla who kept answering my calls kept putting me off and spoke to me like she didn't give a crap. When they finally arrived I realized they were bring my things with a freight trailer, not a moving truck so my stuff was probably moving all around in the back on the way here! I have a broken $600 fish tank, broken glasses, broken lamp shade and will probably not get reimbursed for any of it. I have reported them to the BBB and THE FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ADMINISTRATION and whoever else I can get a hold of! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
