  • Came in looking for a Christmas gift for my bf. When I walked in the door, Deangelo immediately offered to help me. He was so knowledgeable about all the products, the chemistry of the cigars, and answered all my questions! I was able to describe a cigar I knew my bf liked, and Deangelo was able to make some great suggestions that fit with the same type of cigar strength and body. He put together a variety of cigars for me, and he was so kind! A cigar shop is not somewhere I find myself often, so Deangelo was a real gem! I still simply can't get over the quality customer service that I received! He really cared about choosing the exact right cigars for me, and at one point I even asked him if he was the owner because he just knew so much and really cared about me as a customer. I didn't know what to expect with the prices, but Deangelo helped me find cigars in my price range and made me feel comforted with my purchase! I will definitely be passing along my recommendation, and this will probably become the go-to cigar shop! :)
