  • Worst experience ever!!! I had an appointment between 8 and 1 pm. I called to verify my appt. at 1 pm I called again and was told the technician would be out within the hour. I called back at 2 and asked to speak with a supervisor which she would not transfer me. I called again at 3 and again at 5. At 5 I was told the technician would be calling. He arrived minutes before 7 pm. The technician was professional and said his first call of the day set him back. Obviously this company doesn't think the customers time is important.
