  • Came to the brewery on opening day and had a great experience. The beers are uniquely delicious with the addition of different fruits and spices not common even in the experimental craft beer scene. You will not find a 'normal' stout or a 'normal' wheat beer - each has its own spin. I ordered a flight of 4 and got the No. 1 Denali, Pocket Flower DIPA, Ras el Hanout stout and their special wheat infusion with strawberries. The stout was my favorite - it is brewed with a Moroccan spice blend and the earthy flavors of cinammon and nutmeg shine through. Not like any stout I've had before and I'm an alcoholic. The No. 1 Denali was also interesting despite being the closest thing to an everyday ipa offering at terrestrial. I have not had many beers with denali hops but it had a unique mango citrus quality. The strawberry infused wheat beer was refreshing and the infusion tower highlighted prominently behind the bar is a cool contraption. It's exciting to think how they might try new flavors and rotate infusions regularly. If the great in-house beer isn't enough, they have several guest taps of great beer including a Three Floyds Triple IPA (Dreadnaught). The ambience of the place really put it over the top. Inside the brewery, you feel like you are apart of nature. The brewery is tucked away off the hustle from Detroit Ave and feels comfortably secluded with exposed brewery equipment and an open garage door so you feel the breeze while at the bar and see train tracks just feet away. There is a large patio as well that will be sweet in the summer. Excited to have this new brewery in Cleveland. Will definitely be back!
