  • Went there today to buy alex and ani bracelets as a gift for a friend. There was no staff around the alex and ani section so i went to the ladies watch section and waited as the staff is attending to another customer. When she asked me what i needed i told her that i need to look at the bracelets and she just said "oh you need help with alex and ani", and proceeded to help the next guest. She could have at least told me if she can help me or not so my time is not wasted just standing there waiting for her. I asked another staff at the jewelry section but she said that she cant help me and it has to be one of "the bay" staffs. So i ended up leaving. Went to another store in the mall instead that also sell alex and ani. Was greeted right away and got what i needed in 5-10 mins.
