  • You go to Bites and Brews for Beer and Pizza. They also sport quite a few TVs tuned to sports channels, but I wouldn't necessarily call it a sports bar. The main attraction for me is that they always have one microbrew that is $3 and that the menu is designed for you to craft your own pizza. The pizzas have a doughy crust and crumbs on the bottom (which I go back and forth about liking) but on the whole they are well made and always hit the spot. A great place for a night out with friends and just as good for take out. My go-to pizza in Shadyside any day.
