  • Wow. ! No hot water for several hours. The water actually was turned off for a few hours with no warning. So I had to call to the front desk. They said there was an issue and had to shut off water. But again no warning. I was told where to park by security due to some remodeling then they were calling my room at 7:30 and knocking at the door at 7:45 for me to move my pickup. Left messages for general manager. No call back from mgt Update. Assistant general manager did compensate and take care of me fully.
