We had been wanting to try this for a while and did it as a teambuilding event at work. Despite all of the positive reviews, I was still a little leery. I was in the Lost in Space room with half of our group and the other half was in the 1970s room. We completed about 90% of the clues so were just shy of escaping within the 60 minute time frame. The 70s group had fun but the Lost in Space group seemed to enjoy it more.
I did not think that being locked in a room for an hour would be this fun and I was worried that I would get claustrophobic. Neither were true. It was a lot of fun and was so active that you don't think about being in the room; you just think about solving the puzzles and finding clues. It helps that there is an emergency key and the people working are accessible via a two way radio which they also use to provide hints if you need them.
This was a fun experience and I'd do it again but the prices is a little steep at $25 for person. Get ten people in the room and that's $250 an hour which is pretty high. Still it was a fun time and I look forward to doing it again.
