  • AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! If you are an out of state graduate or undergraduate student looking for housing in Pittsburgh, you'll come across the listings for Forbes Management on Craigslist and other sites. AVOID THIS COMPANY! When I inquired about one of those ads on Craigslist, the email response was to "be nicer". Apparently this company is used to treating prospective renters like dog crap because there is an endless stream of desperate students. I am not a typical student... I am moving from out of state and navigating the housing situation long distance, but I am a homeowner and have had many, many years of rental experience prior to this big move. If they are this arrogant off the bat, I can only imagine the misery that awaits once locked in to a lease with these fools. It speaks volumes about how they treat current tenants if they are going to alienate someone inquiring about their properties. That should be a reflection of their best behavior, and who knows, maybe it was. It is hard to imagine the communication going down from that low standard, but they seem devoted to the task of providing the rudest possible customer service out there.
