  • Bardot's probably the new kid @ Aria and I think it's a case of better late than never. I love the whole set up although I was very apprehensive when I was only reading the intro. I had the pan seated foil gras and it was melt in your mouth good. Went on the the entree and I ordered the Pork Chop was recommend by Yelp. It was superbly cooked, pink and tender inside. Will be back to try the other dishes for sure.
