  • I Just moved to Pittsburgh and was looking for coffee and saw this grooming shop. Appointments were 6 weeks out I took that as a good sign Made an appointment for my weens (dachshunds) Karen was friendly and told me bring their immunization record when they come for grooming This is a great idea! In the past Shea picked up kennel cough at a parlor Grooming day finally arrived (I did use a diy) a few weeks before Karen is very sweet everything is out in the open so you see the dogs and her tools She had big dogs and Kirby I picked Kirby up a few hours later He was very well groomed and smelled Devine (as in clean and fresh) I was very pleased Nails ears coat all looking great The nice smell lingered for days Plus he had on a little bandana Karen is great !!!! Price was reasonable and I was given a receipt Kirby clearly felt very comfortable he was relaxed and calm ***update My boys have been coming to Karen almost a year now. They love going ... Always perfectly groomed the fresh smell lasts more then a day Their nails look great now due to regular appointments I need to mention my phone got lost on the bus Karen not only didn't panic when I failed to show up on time when I finally got in touch she said don't worry take your time. And how is this for service the real estate guy from down the block was in the grooming shop heard my tale of woe called the bus depot and got my phone
