As previously mentioned, staff isn't exactly what you call friendly. I picked YST after a friend recommended the place. My first consultation was confusing at best and I ended up waiting an additional 30 min b/c the artist was running late.
We discussed artwork and I left a deposit. When I didn't receive a call to come and check back for an initial draft, I called and a second consultation was schedule (they had no recollection of the artwork). A few days later I was called and pushed back by 2 weeks as the artist was on holidays. When I finally called to come and see the drawing it was so far from what we discussed that I left my deposit and went to another salon. While I cannot comment on the quality of their work, their customer service sure can be better.
