  • Been here twice now. I would have given it a 3 stars after the first trip but the second one made me mad enough to drop it down 2 - for horrid customer service, and I'd drop it down 2 more but they wont let me do negatives! Miserable service, I felt rushed, and was given a shoddy haircut and the stylist almost seemed aloof of what she was doing. I wound up having to go back in to another salon to undo the damage. I would rather grow my hair out to dreadlocks than go back in there for a cut !
