Ok let's start off with a simply basic "Yum". The food is tasty. The ambiance is catered to NOLA with love. The menu has arrangements of poultry, seafood and steaks. Our waiter was handsomely charming and provided great service. Should definitely be a spot to try when craving some southern Cajun makings. So why the 4 stars and not 5? Ok so the menu is huge but my portion was a bite shy of a kids meal. I mean, I know I can put down a hefty plate but ONE chicken breast and a half serving of grits? Reminded me of a wedding dish sampler. It was great....but I needed more bites to be sure geez. Slightly overpriced unless you pay for flavor "shrugs". Also, it's supposed to be NOLA styled but they played country music. Ummmmm. Granted it was 4th of July so mayyyybbeeee that had a hand but it was surely awkward. Blah blah blah, will be back for some bronzed yumness but I may eat a sandwich beforehand.
