  • Thank You! Thank You!! Thank You! I stopped into the Happy Valley location because of a noise in the rear back tire of my Corvette. The manager, Brian offered to check it although I was not receiving any services at the time. After looking at it, Brian suggested having the rear differential done. Only having 30,000 miles on it, I would have never thought to do so but he assured me that there have been numerous reports of rear end noises that have been alleviated by having the rear diff fluid changed. I have been bringing my vehicles here for 3 years so I trust them when they recommend preventive maintenance on any of my cars. When he went to perform the service the technician below discovered that I had metal chunks the size of almonds in my rear differential. I immediately took it to the GMC dealer and upon inspection was advised I need a new rear differential. GMC also advised me that had Jacksons not discovered it, not only could I have been in a serious accident when the rear end locked up, I would have voided my extended warranty costing me over $5000. THANK YOU JACKSONS!!!
