rev:text	What a great dining experience with our family from Texas, millennial foodies! We also had a pre-teen and picky eater five year old to please and they ate most all of their fabulous breakfast! Whew! Thank You! Four Adults had a variety of breakfast entrées plus a kid menu item that were all hot, generous portion sized and seasoned with fresh herbs and produce. Anna was our wait person and was very much above average. She forgot my ranchero salsa but was so quick and kind to bring it upon request that it didn't matter at all, plus this Texan-Arizona transplant loved the salsa! Yum! We arrived at 9:00am on a Saturday and got the last table sitting six, so no wait but by 10:00pm on departure there was a waiting line of probably 10 minutes. The waiting people had something to drink if desired by the counter area (non-alcoholic or morning coctail if preferred), no one looked unhappy to wait for good food and service. I even saw a couple moved to their preferred seating area, smoothly and efficiently. Their are mixed reviews and we were thinking we taking a risk trying this new place as we are avid fans of small town and big city time tested "Texas Cafes/Diners" with fresh produce and farm fresh ingredients with the charm of wait staff that have the gift of fast, superb friendliness. While "not quite Texas" this Arizona location of Easy Over Restaurant deserved our 5 star review and have given us a new "home away from home" breakfast favorite restaurant!
