I am updating my review because I was finally able to talk to someone at OneGuard who was helpful. Dawn reached out to me and immediately scheduled a second opinion to come out who was able to repair my HVAC and it is working correctly now. I have Dawn's direct contact info so I feel comfortable continuing my contract with OneGuard knowing if I have any further issues I will be able to contact her right away. I am only giving 3 stars because there was an initial lack in customer service which is unacceptable with any company.
