Took my 5 year old in on a Saturday for an infection in her eye. The process was normal . Took a sample and sent it out to the lab. The following Saturday I received a message to call in for the results. They verified the name and date of birth of my daughter and proceeded to give me her so called results that she had gonarea in her eye. That I had to bring her in for injections and oral medications, I couldn't believe what they were telling me so I was questioning the tech which was hard to understand because she wasn't fluent in English ,and after my distress about hearing the results she made me feel like I knew how she had gotten it, just to find out she had given me results of a different person with the same last name, even though her date of birth was verified more than 3 times. I asked to talk to someone that I could understand and a provider answered that work in that facility and I questioned how could someone call me and tell me that my 5 yr has gonarea she apologized and said that the result were reviewed quickly and were given. I am beside my self with that kind of professinalism. That's the care we have with no insurance coverage had to pay out of pocket for this?.....
