  • THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE SIGNS WHEN A SALE IS OVER!! I had to wait 30 minutes for a manager for they're stupidity!! I wanted to buy 2 get 1 free like the sign says but instead I had to wait for approval... furthermore my cashier had the attitude and personality of a piece of wood.., she was incredibly rude and talked down to you.. AND the supervisor has the nerve to say "I know the sign" ... I love the books here but I've never had good customer service here EVER!!! I'd give zero stars if it would've let me.
